Description
This 75-minute guided breathwork experience is designed to move you out of your head and deeply into your body. Through rhythmic breath patterns, somatic movements, and a grounding meditation, you’ll awaken stuck energy, feel into what needs to shift, and release what no longer serves you.
This is a safe, supportive, and transformative space for:
• nervous system regulation
• emotional clearing
• deep rest
• reconnection with yourself
If you’ve been overwhelmed, overstimulated, or carrying more than you admit out loud—this breath experience will help you reset.

• Please arrive on time – late entry is not permitted.
• Full attendance is required; early departure disrupts the journey and those around you. It is also a safety risk.
• Bring water, a blanket + pillow, and an open heart.

Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with:
• Cardiovascular issues or high blood pressure
• Severe anxiety, reactive PTSD, epilepsy, or seizures
• Early and late stages of pregnancy
• Recent surgeries or major health conditions
