Chair yoga is for everyone regardless of age — chair 🪑 yoga is a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance. It’s for anyone who has difficulty with balance or wants to improve their strength while minimizing the risk of falls. Chair yoga can provide stability or make any exercise easier for a beginner 🙏💜
We will start with a brief meditation along with breathwork to balance and ground you & then move into a gentle chair yoga flow mainly seated and standing a few times to stretch and balance with the chair ending with a beautiful seated Savasana in your chair with some beautiful peaceful sound elements to leave you rejuvenated, refreshed & restored.
