Join us for a journey of exploration, expression, release and calling forth through the Art of Movement. This class will liberate our innermost creative & intuitive layers with a brief meditation that will lead into a heart expanding dance sequence. This intuitive dance class is for all levels, all ages, & anyone who desires to come and let go and move their body. Each week will be a different theme/genre of dance to feel all the feels, move all the moves & be with our beingness. Each class will end with a rejuvenating, mini sound bath, leaving you with the afterglow of all of your aliveness.
