Welcome to our “Upside down and backwards” yoga class, where you will embark on a journey of strength, stability, and mindful control. This unique session is dedicated to mastering the art of balancing on your head and hands.
In this class, we'll explore arm balances to strengthen and prepare for inversions with a playful spirit, challenging you to defy gravity and explore new perspectives. You'll learn techniques to safely approach and get out of headstands, handstands, and other advanced inversions.
Through dedicated practice, anyone can develop the strength and confidence to bring these fun yoga “tricks” to your power yoga classes.
