Description
Pilates is a practice focused on improving core stability, coordination, strength, balance, and posture through a targeted series of full-body exercises using your body weight as resistance.
This class will be a mat-based Pilates workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. It will end with a 10 minute sound bath by crystal tones.
