Karen Day will guide our pre-natal and post-natal Mommas with gentle Ease and Grace. Your journey is sacred and this time is unique. No matter where you are on your path this class is designed to nurture you and your Baby, your Divine Womb, you as a Goddess of life and your Connection to Creation.
