Description
Slow down and take a break from the daily stressors of life and join me for meditation. This class will include instruction on the aspects of meditation and the basics of building a meditation practice. Interactively learn body and mind techniques (breath, concentration, posture awareness, intention, mindfulness, movement, etc) that prepares you for meditation.
Class will include both meditation and sound healing. All are welcome to class, beginners through seasoned meditators. 60-minute class.
