Description
This 75 minute practice is designed to balance the active yang energies with passive yin energies. Class will begin with strong with a strong, dynamic Vinyasa flow and will be followed by slower paced, & longer held Yin postures to open & restore connective tissues. This practice will incorporate reflective theme weaving to guide you into exploring the depths of yourself.

Each week will alternate between Alyssa & JuliAnne to offer creative diversity to this yummy practice.
