Join us for an evening of connection & opening the sacred heart space this Valentines Day!
It is through the sacred chamber of the heart that we are able to attune to the rhythm of our true essence as love. Love is the unifying force of all living things. Love is the truth who we are and it is our journey here on earth to remember this sacred truth.
In this special heart opening journey, we will learn how to deepen our connection to Self & other through intentional presence, a heart opening ceremony & meditation, partner yoga & breathwork, Sacred Sound Bath & Drum Circle. You are welcome to join with a friend, a family member, a romantic partner, or by yourself! There will be opportunity for all to deepen connection here.
