The Somatics of Becoming: A Feminine Embodiment Exploration of your Inner Spring

Spring is a season of emergence—when what has been quietly gestating begins to take form. Just as the earth awakens and blossoms, we too carry a deep creative life force within our bodies waiting to be expressed.

In this experiential somatic workshop for women, we will explore the body as a source of wisdom, pleasure, creativity, and manifestation. Through guided somatic practices, breath, movement, and gentle relational exercises, we will reconnect to sensation, awaken sensual aliveness, and create space for what wants to grow in our lives.

Together we will explore:

• Reconnecting to the body’s wisdom, & innate creative, life force

• Awakening sensuality as a pathway to living a fuller, more embodied life 

• Desire as an arrow pointing towards authenticity & what is most important to us
