About the event

Winter Solstice is the darkest day of the year. During this time, the natural world sleeps. Finding time to rest and dream is essential to growth in the Spring for all things that live and breathe. Together let's explore how to fully rest, gently move awareness inward, and learn to open up to inspiration that comes to us from the dream realm.

In this special Solstice gathering, we will experience a dreamy winter vibe, a candlelight gentle yoga practice to honor the return of the sun, lots of moments for meditation, a ceremony to honor our female lineage, and a soothing yoga nidra and sound bath. This gathering is thoughtfully designed to connect us with the symbolism of the season. Tea and treats will be provided.

Bring a pen and paper/journal, a comfy pillow and blanket if you’d like, and a yoga mat.
