Winter Solstice Gathering

Winter Solstice is the darkest day of the year. During this time, the world sleeps. Finding time to rest and dream is essential to growth in the Spring. Together let's explore how to fully rest, gently move awareness inward, and learn to open up to inspiration that comes to us from the dream realm.

In this special Solstice gathering, we will experience a dreamy tea ceremony, a gentle restorative yoga practice, a yoga nidra meditation, and a sweet and soothing sound bath.

Bring a pen and paper/journal, a mug or thermos for hot tea, a comfy pillow, at least one blanket if you'd like to bring your own, and a yoga mat.
