Winter Solstice is the darkest day of the year. During this time, the world sleeps. Finding time to rest and dream is essential to growth in the Spring. Together let's explore how to fully rest, gently move awareness inward, and learn to open up to inspiration that comes to us from the dream realm.
In this special Solstice gathering, we will experience a dreamy winter vibe, a candlelight gentle yoga practice & meditation, a ceremony to release what needs to be composted from this past year, and a soothing sound bath. This gathering is thoughtfully designed to connect us with the symbolism of the season.
Bring a pen and paper/journal, a comfy pillow, at least one blanket if you'd like to bring your own, and a yoga mat.
