Description
We start with an intention & journal writing and move into breath work & a mini meditation.
I give them their own mantra each meditation to teach them how to focus and be present. They learn a new yoga pose each week and what it does for their bodies. They love learning about chakras and making up their own yoga poses.
Their favorite part is choosing their healing rock to take home each week .
This is truly my favorite class to teach and so rewarding to watch these beautiful children soak it all up and to see the benefit of mindfulness in their lives. (of course they fight over who gets to play my gong at the end).
