It combines specific breath, mudras, eye-focus, mantras & postures to strengthen the nervous system while bringing balance to the whole body, mind & soul. Each class is an uplifting blend of Kriya (exercise sets), meditation, & restorative gong bath relaxation. In Kundalini Yoga, the most important thing is your experience. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is accessible to students of all levels and is designed to release stress & trauma from the energetic body, giving you a complete experience that touches your soul.
