Description
The first 30-40 minutes of each class are spent warming, moving and gently stretching the body. Various energy medicine techniques are also used to move prana and release blockages.
The remainder of class is spent using a variety of available yoga props (including the wall) to place your body into supported restorative poses. These are held for a longer time (3-5 minutes) and invite a passive release of stored tension.
We finish in whatever meditation pose works best for your body that evening.
