Join me for a Power Yoga class designed to connect to your inner strength & power! Together we will explore each of our unique edges through a practice of both challenging ourselves through physical movement and honoring the intelligence of the body through intentionality and deep listening. My intention is that you will leave feeling stronger, more confident, and more open to the realms of possibility. Please join me as we learn and grow side by side in the practice of living & expressing our most empowered truth with the world.
