Service Description

This class incorporates energy medicine into traditional hatha yoga to create a balanced, full-body practice. Various energy medicine techniques such as tapping, meridian tracing, finger flicking, crossing over, etc., will assist us to direct the life force within, clear blockages and invite a sense of clarity. We will learn about and use our knowledge of the chakra energy system and meridian lines to heal our body, mind and spirit. Classes are themed around a yoga philosophy topic and readings are shared ahead of time via email.
