Jungle Dancing is an exhilarating & liberating soulful primal movement connecting to your spirit & soul—where you get to get comfortable in your own skin & where you set your soul free. We start laying on the floor grounding to the earth in meditation and move up through all the chakras in a intuitive and lightly guided dance of the soul – come release & let go & break down any walls or limited beliefs to re-discover the inner child and connect to the higher self with Sound Healing at the end.
