Our Teen Esteem class has been developed to Lift, Inspire & Empower our youth to be agents of Peace & Positive Change in their own lives and in the world. ​This Yoga & Life Coaching class will help Teens build Confidence, Strength, Patience, Compassion, Positive body image, While Affirming their value, worth, & total awesomeness! This will awaken them to their divine purpose.
