Service Description

An awakening to the divine within and surrounding you. This 75 minute practice is designed to open the physical container through movement, conscious breath-work and meditation to create space for your innermost layers to be felt, seen, accepted, and sometimes even transformed into that which serves your highest truth. Together, we will create a sacred container for self reflection and learn practical application of these teachings into our modern lives.
