This class is designed to release tension and stress by holding poses up to 5 minutes, allowing the passive stretches to open connective tissues primarily in the hips, lower back and legs. Yin is the perfect type of yoga for those wishing to improve flexibility and reduce stress by balancing the Yang or active energy in the body through meditative, juicy, slow paced stretches.
