Description

Unwind, release tension, and create restful resilience. This class blends gentle and restorative yoga with pranayama, guided meditation, and sound healing to support your nervous system. Incorporating polyvagal theory and Yoga Nidra, we’ll explore techniques to regulate the vagus nerve and shift from stress to relaxation. As you move through the evening, a range of emotions may arise—some soothing, others more challenging. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and engage with the practice in a way that feels right for you.
